When requesting a quote for custom designs via email, please provide any text or images desired. Don't forget to include what item(s) you want customized (ie. Coffee Mug, Poster, Shirt, Sticker, etc.) as well as the quantity, color, size, etc. We will reply with a quote within 48 hours.
Payments will be taken securely through PayPal after you approve the design. Complex designs requiring more than 1 hour of graphic design and or multiple redesigns may incur additional fees that will be disclosed early on in the process. We do our best to be as transparent as possible throughout the design and invoicing process, we also offer a 30-Day money back guarantee on most items.
